The website OHlearning.com is operated by the Occupational Hygiene Training Association (“OHTA”), a not-for-profit company registered by guarantee in the UK (registered number 07029077, registered office Pennine House, 8 Stanford Street, Nottingham NG1 7BQ).

Interpretation of this agreement shall be subject to the law of England and Wales.

Site Access

Most of the materials on this site are licensed under Creative Commons. You may use the materials on this website to promote occupational hygiene within the conditions of the licences. Please check the conditions of the licenses carefully. Some licences may allow commercial use, some may allow you to modify the contents, but not all do. In all cases, copyright remains with the originator of the materials.

OHTA is not responsible for any user posts or content on the website. You must not state or imply that you or your posts represent the views of, or otherwise are affiliated with, Occupational Hygiene Training Association. We only collect the minimum personally identifiable information that is needed to operate OHlearning.com. We may however collect anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the OHTA website.
