Envisaged structure

By the end of 2011, we will define and start to phase in a transparent process for succession within the Leadership Group. The group will change over the subsequent three years and will introduce a nomination process for new members.

Succession will be drawn from active participants in the development of the international training and qualifications scheme, (eg. course writers, moderators, course providers, examiners etc). The aim is to have a diverse group of influential players who reflect the experiences of the major stakeholder groups.  Collectively, the Leadership Group should have experience of business, academia, training delivery, examinations, professional associations, IOHA etc.

We will publicise opportunities for people to become involved.
